I am a native of East Texas currently residing in Tyler with my husband of 39 years, Ricky Brookins. We have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, two awesome son-in-laws, and three amazing grandchildren, with a fourth on the way! I am a woman of faith who enjoys spending time with family and friends to celebrate relationships and make new memories.

After twenty-six years of dedicated service to the State of Texas and enjoying retirement for eight, I have made the decision to pursue a new career. With a genuine passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes, I am looking forward to assisting in a different way —through real estate.

I am Aquevia, RN, BSN, and Texas and Louisiana licensed REALTOR®️. Originally a Texas native, I moved to Louisiana for 15 years and became a mom of two Louisiana Boys-I’ve made my way back home! Before becoming a REALTOR, I secured a B.S. in Psychology from Thee Southern University at Baton Rouge then went on to graduate nursing school from UT Arlington in 2021. I enjoy giving back to my community by way of prom giveaways to graduating seniors - my way of showing appreciation for the foundation of greatness set in me. My possession of a “hustler mentality” is responsible for me accomplishing all of the goals I’ve set for myself; I don’t give up on myself and I won’t give up on you or your real estate goals.
